Phosphate ester fire resistance hydraulilc oil EHC
Description
This product takes the phosphate ester as basic material, and added with anti-oxidation, anti-hydrolysis, anti-corrosion additives, has a very high ignition temperature(545℃) and resistance up to 700℃. It has the high performance of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation, which prevent the break down of the phosphate ester when polluted by water effectively.
Scope of application
Used on the hydraulic system that needs to have fire resistance, like the electro-hydraulic control system that has high fire hazard. Hydraulic oil can be dangerous when touched with the surface that turns high temperature when processing because of leaking, tube breaking and other reasons.This product could prevent the dangerous issue above.
Precautions
This product can not be mixed with water-glycol and emulsifying hydraulic system and also influences the sealing rings that made of neoprene. However, it is suitable for places where base silicon, polytetrachloroethylene, fluororubber and other sealing materials are used.
