Celebrate May Day International Labor Day

On the occasion of May 1 International Labor Day, I wish all workers in the world a happy holiday. The revised Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Guarding State Secrets will come into force on May 1, 2024. It is the duty of every citizen to keep state secrets.
